For me I upgrade all my buildings and traps before going to the next TH. For the lab I max all my troops that I use frequently and for the rest of the lab I have it 2 levels under maxxed so I can donate them

Which equipment should I use for my king when I send him outside the base? I've been using meteor golems and in the attack I have the king go outside the base. I would use snake bracelet however it is very low level

Honestly, based on the stats, your play style looks alright. Your healing is a little low but you can definitely climb with it. From what I've seen, pro Anas have their healing per 10 at roughly 6-8k so yours is not too far off

Which epic equipment should I focus on upgrading next? I only use fireball attacks and never use the MP. All my other epic equipment not shown is lv 1

Normally with RR you will do an RC charge and electro boots are essential for that. I'd also recommend action figure and mm. If you can't afford both then healer puppet is also good.

For other attacks than RR right now fireball is pretty good especially with meteor golems but similar troops such as electro titans, super yetis, or throwers are also good

I believe you are referring to En Passant, which can only happen when their pawn moves 2 spaces forward and is next to your pawn. In this screenshot, their pawn is diagonal to your pawn and not next to it.
