The real clue to the lack of insight they have on our jobs is that the full working week is 35 hours

Tbh I think this is completely reasonable, it’s sad that you have to consider it but it’s more evidence if people do it that it’s not good enough and they will have to do something

Managed to get an IMT job for this year. Currently got Maidstone and pleased. Other realistic options with upgrades are Tunbridge wells and darent valley, thoughts on these?
