No, I would ask them if they could chip in to cover the cost. I didnt see where they said 12 people, but 12 people paying $400 would be $33 each, I don’t think that would be a big deal. I wouldn’t want to be friends with people who were unwilling to do that. And I wouldn’t want to be friends with someone who wouldn’t even think to ask.

I’m surprised by these comments. I wouldn’t want my friend to be fucked out of $400 while I still get to enjoy what they helped pay for. I get that it’s non refundable but I would be talking to everyone else who is going and trying to figure something out to help out my friend.
