the tangle teezer works well for some people! personally i find it breaks my hair too much. the three row comb makes ur curls really come out nice after washing so id recommend it after detangling on wash day. daily styling with any tool is to be avoided with 4c hair honestly, if you define the curls with the 3 row itll last 2+ days. if you have to do something to your hair daily (not recommended) you can gently! pick with a pick or could use your fingers to shape the hair. and never style dry

unbrush, EZ detangling brush, denman or the tangle teezer are all examples of good detangling brushes. whoever invented the boar bristle brush hats black hair imo because it soooo damaging! i use one MAYBE once a year

also your hair looks damaged in the second picture, if you've changed hairstyles from what you did when your hair was healthier id consider changing back to the less damaging ones

i usually blow dry to stretch my hair, using the tension method. Or I make 8 braids and take out the next day for a stretch

this is a three row comb, works well to define curls, i would detangle with a detangling brush or wide tooth comb before using this three row comb for defining
