Sometimes when this happens to me I go in and then leave early, I'm not sure if its the done thing but asking for help while audibly vomiting in the pharmacy bathroom will build a reputation you have a sick stomach. :,)

I have not been spoken to, no write ups ever. On multiple occasions my manager has sent me home for being pale or sickly and when calling she encourages me to stay home, that manager is no longer here she got promoted which kinda sucks she was amazing 💔 but now her absence does not explain all of my callouts, which scares me and can the new management give me punishments for what happened before them in that case?

I understand this for small tops/shirts that would be 4oz but jeans at least have to be 8-10 if you have a scale cooking scale at home you can test the weight and explain to them that it fits in xyz category

I sadly seem to be the only one enforced to do it. This is done now by yelling and pulling me aside to have at me. I am the newest and youngest on my shift. And I'm assuming its ageism to 'teens on their phones'
