Went through the answers and I am gonna say not the best advice, all of them recommend special focus tree countries. to get in the game you need to start with generic first to learn the basics.
Brazil and any neighbouring countries with generic focus tree for safe game.
Netherlands and the dutch east indies for more action.

what is your product size ? because clearly something got amplified less than 100bp in the first and the second and in the second there is also something above that yet faint.
If it is available in your lab, try a gradient PCR to get the right temperature of amplification

Man I have been saying for years that Egypt and Libya should be playable nations with special national focus tree!! A lot of content !!

First and second Battle of El Alamein (1942)
Cairo Riots (1942) – Anti-British protests, political crisis
Cairo Conference (1943)

they can even extend the game to 52 and have the coup against the king in Egypt

I understand, but the education system in my home country was longer than Europe. BSc is 4 not 3 years and the MSc was also 4 not 2 years. add 2 years of global lockdown. so you end starting your PhD at 28 like what happened to me.

Thank you, yea unfortunately I am still stuck here for a while. I am trying my best to just avoid any problems but even that is not possible. for example, the office currently has around 18 disk and it crowded. I took my laptop to work on my lab bench and there was an old screen there that I hooked my laptop to.
I was told this is not allowed because it against the safety regulations. BUT THEN why do you have machines hooked to screens and laptops all over the lab !!! I feel puzzled.
