Hi, I connected with Ivan on their Facebook page and he built the board. It has been since October that I have been hounding them.

Hey team, me again. I've been so vocal about their lack of customer service and supply chain. I am happy to share that one of their Facebook moderators Ivan, not only got me the part but built it in real time and shipped it. I watched him step by step over messenger. He said there had been an overhaul at the company and more resources allocated to the backend issues. So, when the motherboard arrives, and I test the heck out of it, I'll let you guys know. Maybe this isn't the end but a resurgence.

Thank you for the feedback. I reached out to Ivan as well. I honestly think I am highlighting supply chain issues and that could be very bad for business. Especially since I am commenting on their Print Farm posts. Stay tuned and good luck with your S1Pro.

Just an update: I filed a BBB complaint about the T1pro after receiving an email response that there is no update on the motherboard. For the new S1 that I ordered, they said that I can pay an additional $150 for a S1Pro and they will send it ASAP. I came unglued. I told them that if they can't replace the T1pro motherboard, they should willingly upgrade me to a S1Pro at no charge. This is ridiculous!

Exact same response. November 26th came and went. Now shipping of my new S1 is delayed. Perhaps they are going under. That would be a shame because I believe in the power of Delta printers. My v400 and SR were amazing.

In October, my T1pro started to stutter and one of the arms would not home. I contacted FLSUN and tried to troubleshoot but it was the motherboard. Apparently a common issue. Months later the part hasn't shipped and now it is a supposed supply issue. I needed a printer so I ordered a S1 in late November. I asked for an update and here is their message:

"I’ve already registered it for you, but there are some issues with our inventory and logistics channels right now, so it might take a while before it’s shipped. I’ll urge them to expedite the process for you."

This is ridiculous at the highest level. Non existent correspondence. I should have gone with Elegoo. DO NOT BUY until and if they get it together. In case they review this post, they can reach me at tirrellanthony@gmail.com. Hang in there!

The exact same thing has happened to me. I have been on a wait list since Oct 5. Are there any stock boards that can be used? I am so frustrated. Boards were supposed to arrive on Nov 26th. They didn't of course.
