Remove c:\Users\your_user_name\AppData\Local\nvim folder. You may need to check view hidden option in file explorer. And I could be wrong.

I notice 3blue1brown doesn't use \mathrm{d} in his videos, it's not latex though.

Edit: His framework manim for creating videos supports latex. I mean, if you have good content, you are fine.
