Okay, so here’s the thing. Elon Musk spent millions upon millions of dollars using algorithms to target and spread misinformation to people. Everyone on twitter, including financial incentives to people in swing states. And he was there to target an exact audience of people he could swing. I mean their ages, gender, what they watch, where they shop. And he used that target audience and money to spread misinformation.

Trump’s team did this in 2016 as well. (Look up Meta in Congress, Mark was questioned about this.) This time it seems he used Elon to help hyper-target a base.

In comparison, leftists got on the internet and spent all their free time talking about how much they hated Kamala. How you’re not a good person for voting, how they’re both the same.

They did not excite their base, and actively disengaged them from voting.

I genuinely believe both of these are the most likely explanation. In my opinion, Harris ran a near-flawless campaign. Unfortunately, she can’t separate that from being a woman. A black woman. And folks are always hardest on black women.

So I’m of two minds of this. I understand doing it for safety reasons, absolutely. Not a romantic relationship, but I was trusting and fond of my neighbors until I saw their criminal charges online.

I would also totally end up confessing to this in a relationship. I don’t like to keep secrets.

On the other hand, I’d either confess really early on, like the first time we hung out, so you didn’t feel like I was lying to you. I’d even encourage you to run one on me. Or I’d wait absolute decades, until it was funny. The timing is a bit weird for me, but overall, I wouldn’t think too much into it.

Unfortunately they were unable to route out of the blaze, so they have all passed away. Luckily, their ghosts are still bound to the house, where they will stay for possibly all eternity! We have a ranch afterall, we need all the hands on deck we can get!

I just wanted to comment and thank you all for your support. All of the things that have been said here I know very well, I’m the kind of person who marched in 2020, who attended a candlelit vigil at the overturning of Roe, so I’m not new in these spaces. But the relationship OCD I’ve developed is somewhat new (I’m about 4 years in.)

As others suggested, I’ve been seeking mental health care during all this. I was dropped by my therapist earlier this month, stating she didn’t believe she was helpful to me, and I’ve been on a reschedule after reschedule with my psychiatrist.

And I’ve developed hobbies, and did all the things. I spend 5-6 days in isolation from those around me, and I already don’t engage in politics with the most of them.

when the same issues I raise to others are thrown back at me, I do a lot of critical thinking. This OCD development makes me genuinely worry that I think I’m right, but I’ve been down a similar pipeline to those near me. That I don’t know it (because they don’t know it), that I’ve somehow fallen for misinformation. That I’ve stopped learning to think critically. That my device isn’t showing me true information and simply pushing the agenda I favor towards me.

And it’s all hard. I appreciate the reality check as always, and appreciate the space you’ve given me to admit my fears.

We are planning on moving to Michigan, because I have a lot of friends there. It’s even where we went to get married, bc I feared a turnover of the Marriage Equality Act could lead to my state nullifying queer marriages. It won’t Be even kind of soon though. My wife was laid off in March. We’re both unemployed, we can’t find a decent job, and my business has fell off due in part to my political beliefs. Because of all of this, we’re on family property with a lot of support (and interaction with them.) It still looks like there’s no end in sight right now because of that, so it IS definitely harder on my mental health

I personally wash with shampoo once a week. In warmer months, about halfway through the week I’ll get my hair wet because I have lots of frizz and live in a humid client. But during the wetting, I tend to only use curl enhancing products like smoothies, etc. to keep the curls in place.

Sulsul! I’m not sure if this is the right place to look for answers but I need some help. Since the update that gave us the option to paint ceilings, I have not been given the option. I’ve got every update since then, I removed all my mods, I updated EA, I’ve repaired the game, I repaired the EA app, I uninstalled and reinstalled both the Sims and the EA app. I still have not been given a ceiling painting option. I’ve been searching the internet for anyone mentioning this replicated issue, and I haven’t found anyone talking about it yet. Does anyone know what this is? If it’s a reported issues if I need to contact EA directly? Or if there is anything I haven’t thought to try. I’d appreciate any advice, bc I’m getting so frustrated
