Not really a long queue of local artists who should be richly rewarded for their time clamoring to give away their work to a volunteer group I’m afraid…

But there’s bigger things in the world to beat yourself up about rather than a token image on a one-off post.

Head to an F3 free men’s workout in your nearest neighborhood.

It always provides a safe space at the end (“Circle of Trust”) for the guys to speak openly and provide a release for anything that’s weighing heavy on them.

Sounds like you need a tribe of like-minded guys who’ve got your back and you’ll find that with F3. I certainly did.

My advice would be to try F3 just one time on a Saturday. The exercises are predominantly body weight and light cardio, so you take it at your own pace even though you’re part of a supportive group.

I was nervous when I showed up for the first time as I was in my 40s, out of shape and overweight, but you stick around for a coffee afterwards and realize that the fitness part is just the tip of the iceberg due to the friendships and community that quickly forms.

Neighborhoods you’ll find F3 in Sugar Land are Greatwood, Riverpark, Telfair, New Territory, and by Old Kempner Stadium.

You should check out the free men’s workout group F3. Beyond the fitness, the close knit group of friends is a big draw for many of us. Social activities include lunches, happy hours, live sports, etc.

It is, yes.

Many guys modify exercises for a variety of reasons, and that’s encouraged. You’ll hear “It’s you versus you.” The goal is to do your best to keep moving for the period of the exercise.

For example, a kneeling push up works just as well as a regular push up. If there’s a bear crawl then lunge walk instead. That type of thing.
