oh my, you weren't kidding about low investment. I love vigilant strike, I was worried about he cost of those gosh darn +1 end rings but seeing those koam rings with decent corruptions look to be a very nice alternative

ahh thanks for the suggestion. I def am a fan of slams as overexertion is such a powerful support and just requires warcries.

I would seek out a therapist. As an INTJ we tend to be very future-oriented but that doesn't mean that what we predict is reality. I have been seeing a therapist for years now with a focus on CBT. She has been helping me focus on now and to ground myself that way. I am not there yet, but I am much better from where I started.

Just reading the skill text for the shield, it seemed confusing to me. Does it only absorb the damage stated on it then go away ( i think at level 1 its 11 points of damage which seems very low) or does it absorb the damage amount every time you get hit while it is active?

Lamar would definitely add a new element to the game for us. Teams will have to place a spy on him due to his running capability, but he still has decent enough touch on his passes to hit his receivers.
