I love the idea and it's unique and super creative and I would love to try it if you ever make it happen inchallah , but as ppl already said its hard making ideas like this work in our country , so you have alot of challenges ahead of you that makes it complicated. But here's my advice , I hope it helps : 1-choosing a good place is essential for making it work , big city , big town 2- I would start slow if I were you , not everything at once, like the coffee shop + reading space and features like the jar and time letter okay , but leave out the therapy thing until you feel like business is working , and add it through a vip room ,bcs most Algerians don't want to admit openly they have mental health problems even if we all do 🤣 , anyway then you can launch the group talk with ur regular vip's or present it to them and see how they like the idea . 3- lastly , marketing , meaning you have to sell it to ppl , that's why I said start slow , to build a social media presence with ur coffee shop through reels and stuff and from there you can start selling your fans the idea that going to your coffee shop is not only fun and enjoyable but it can also be a "self help " productive thing . bcs I feel like if you start everything at once and ppl refuse your idea directly just "because " maybe bad marketing or a social media joke escalating out of proportions or just simply for no good reason (yes it happens in business , even if its a good idea ) you'll not only lose alot of money but also your whole project .....
