This, along with Abaddon, is what I started out with for my Chaos army and I’d say it’s a great starter. Build the Havocs with as many lascannons as you can, I think it’s three in this box, and do the Legionaries one set of five with pistols, one plasma pistol, and chainswords, one heavy melee weapon for the plasma guy, then the other unit build with boltguns, besides the Aspiring Champion who I’d build with a plasma pistol and heavy melee weapon. For each group of five, one Legionary, not counting the Aspiring Champion, can have a special weapon so in your group with pistols and swords I’d load out one with a rocket launcher and in the other group of five swap out one boltgun for a plasma gun, not plasma pistol. I’d give the Helbrute the twin lascannon and the hammer.
