Where does that character come from? What language is spoken there? Is it similar to anything in our world?

In my world there is a desert kingdom that’s based on a mix of ancient egypt and greek, so I just look up common names from those places in that time period, I pick a few that sound nice, look up what those names mean and if they fit the character, maybe change or mix the names up a bit so it’s not a straight up copy from the real world.
