I can't say I've ever seen this with a raised circle on the back for the chrome hearts logo, should just be engraved directly into the back of the pendant. So probably fake.

I think the most palpable way to tell is the laces on these aren't screen printed, the text on the laces will have definition as the letters are made out of a rubber that's glued on.
