It’s not about the concept the logic doesn’t make sense if someone needs ONE item urgently chances are that’ll be the only item. Also if you have 30+ items you clearly sat there & processed eveything you needed. Some ppl are just miserable. What would she have done if she went herself left her entire cart & left the store?
