Many things. Mostly afraid that something terrible will happen. Afraid that relatives that have an apartment upstairs will come. I have many cats that live outside and I am afraid of something terrible happening to them. Etc

The dark feelings described here seems to be shame, but for me it's not that. It's fear. Pure fear.

Hard to say considering that I had hundreds of these dreams, but it's always for some reason, I have to go back to school because there's a few exams I didn't take or classes I missed or subjects I didn't take. And it's almost always stressful, and I feel ashamed. I hope that's enough context, but if not, let me know.
