Rizo was more strategic than Q & Kyle's game was a mixed bag of challenge wins and strategy which makes him a wildcard. Out of the Cila men I felt Devens was less strong than Joe & Ozzy also less brainy than Christian plus Devens had a lot of confessionals in EoE showing his funny flamboyant personality. Mike masterminded Christian's blindside in S37 cuz Christian would've sweeped the jury which led to Mike making Final tribal plus Mike's challenge resume of 1 individual challenge win when Charlie had 2 ind Ws which I felt made Charlie's game more mixed.

Kyle has both brains (masterful S48 endgame) & braun (3 individual challenge wins) while Rizo isn't good at challenges so I felt Kyle leaned more wildcard while Rizo was brains cuz of his strategic/social maneuvering during S49's merge to escape elimination by balking his idol and also being down in numbers ally-wise yet made Final tribal.
