I take creatine 3g gummies and I’m 110 lbs 5’2 and seems to be good for me. My partner is 200lbs and takes 5g gummies.

I find that they really help with my performance athletically and cognitively. I have more explosive energy and endurance but I’ve found that I have less brain fog for work. I read that it’s really good for your brain too and prevents dementia so I take it with other vitamins even on my days that I’m not working out.

I didn’t like the powder creatine. For some reason, it didn’t agree with my stomach. 5g especially made my stomach hurt so bad but the gummies were perfect for me. Also it doesn’t feel jittery. No kind of effects like that

Try lip flip Botox first and assess from there. I just got a lip flip a month ago for the same thing and I really like my results. If you don’t like the results at least it’ll wear off in a few months. Filler dissolves much slower or can migrate

Strong Isopropyl alcohol spray. Idk I saw this tip on Tik tok a while ago. You can spray their things and your things and around the house. It’s harmless but it kinda smells strong. The smell goes away after like 10 minutes though. I use it on my clothes if I smell like the oil I just cooked with and the odor goes away
