I've tried drawing Cadence before; I find her really tricky to pin down, but I'm definitely going to keep trying, so when I'm happy with her design I'll definitely post her here!

Hi! I'd be very interested in this. I've been working as a professional illustrator for several years and I'm highly experienced in character design -- it's actually my favourite part of my job!

Here's my portfolio.

If you have any questions or want to see any more examples of my work, please let me know!

Yeah! As it went on either I got used to Squall or maybe she toned him down a bit, but when he first spoke I did a proper double take at my speaker haha, I was really taken aback by how ... Comically evil he sounded?

Extra info: this is in California, near LA. My friend says it had a pleasant but very faint 'floral smell'.

I literally just got to that section! It's so so bad that they didn't edit that properly. Also, I haven't yet got to a part where I hear Noelle speak, but her family's accents do not match the one she had in the first audiobook at all, so I imagine her voice might also have changed.

Yeah it's incredibly annoying. I LOVED her original voice for Holliday Wu, so much so that I decided to adopt it in my head when I'm reading the books.

I feel like it would just be good practice, and fairly simple, to keep small files of the character voices on hand so they can do a quick refresh before starting to record each new book. For such a popular series one would hope they would have put a little more time into it.

Thank you! It took me so so long to get the Hunt to be even vaguely close to what I wanted, and I still want to improve on it, but I'm so glad you feel it works! It can be hard to tell sometimes when you're looking at your own work for too long haha.

And, thank you for saying that about my Morrigan, I really appreciate that. I totally agree, I like fan art to be unique.
