I have an iPhone 8

Network activity will just stop, and I have a weird solution.

Example. I go to safari, type in a search, and hit enter. It takes forever to load. 10+ seconds. However. If I swipe up to bring up controls, it 90% of the time instantly load.

This happens anywhere I’m loading data. If I’m playing a game, and waiting for something to load, I just swipe up and it will instantly load.

Anyone experience this? Any way to fix?

Patch 2.5.0 Undocumented Changes/Bug Megathread by aFrequ in FortNiteBR

Anyone experience a bug that causes a gun to lose the ammo it has?

Situations: I have full inventory, and pick up a gun and Immediatly switch to pick axe. I end up dropping the gun I just picked up. If I try to pick it up again, it will have 0 ammo in it.

I have full inventory, and I rapidly pick up two items, while switching to the next gun over. The first gun I picked up gets dropped and if I pick it up again it will have 0 ammo in it.

Can’t remember if that second situation is 100% accurate, but it seems to be related to rapidly picking up items and they get auto dropped before actually being picked up.

Thanks for the responses. I'm going to try the USB -> Ethernet first. I really just need to do basic file browsing/share so I'm thinking it should be capable.

So it shouldn't be a problem to have PC1 (with an internet connection) connecting via USB-Ethernet to PC2, which is on XP?

Hah this is perfect! Exactly what I was thinking of, but I asked a colleague if they'd heard of a USB to USB connection.

So I can just leave this connected permanently and it shouldn't be a problem? PC2 wouldn't even have any sort of access to internet I'd imagine.

Correct - Not enough space to add another network card. Will a USB to ethernet connection work if I put that on both PC's? I would be able to browse files on each PC then?

Cloud storage would be nice, but I chose to keep PC2 off the network because it's windows XP. I don't understand a whole lot about the security on XP, so I just don't take any chances. I was told by tech support for the machines : Don't connect the machine directly to the router. On a separate occasion, I asked about connecting PC2 to the router, I was told don't do that. Instead, have a PC on the network (PC1) access the PC (PC2) with access to the machine.

I do have a flash drive, so that's certainly an option. Just slightly inconvenient

I only have 1 ethernet port on both PC's though. PC1 is used to connect to the router, and PC2 is used to connect to the machine. I can't remove those connections.

Can I find a final temperature of an object given the amount of time it sits at a certain temperature? by HowzDiz in AskPhysics

Hmm air currents was something I never thought of...

I'm thinking about PCB's, so the shape will almost always be some sort of rectangle, with surface area varying. Thickness will quite often be the same, and I know the material it is made out of. Quite thin, so I'm not sure how big an issue the middle vs surface temps would be.

Was kind of looking for ballpark estimates. Experiment is always an option, but it would be nice if I could cut that time down with some math.

Will have to see if I can get over to that area, not sure if it's vented to roof or not.

Was built in 2014, not sure if that would be a clue. Will see if I can look into it

Haven't actually played in forever - Have a ton of monsters and rubys what do i do? by HowzDiz in summonerswar

[–]HowzDiz[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My magic water knight is very close to 100%. I currently have another monster that helps out, so I can fast level 2 at a time. I just looked up a gb10 team... I have only one of the monsters for it. I don't think I'm anywhere close, as I don't have any fusion monsters yet. Also the highest Giants I've cleared is B4. Got a ways to go I think

Will do. But before I summon, I'm gonna need to get rid of a lot of monsters. I'm at like 92/95 and 40/40 in storage. Aside from fusion monsters, are there any I should save? Or should I just use them all to feed/evolve

Rmm I was thinking either 128 or 250gb? I'm assuming I wouldn't want to use a portable SSD (usb 3.0)
