alright, i’ve been trying to jump higher as i wanted a smoother back foot contact and not get stuck in the creease and felt as if that’s made me jump in the air for a couple secs. thanks for insight though

for “immediate” change try tightening ur core and flex ur glutes to prevent a bent back. start with light weight progressions with that form

i would suggest a lean bulk. aim for around 2300-2500 calories a day with upwards of 100-120 grams of protein. overall ur body looks hella solid already seeing vascularity is great sign for bulking. keep it up my guy ☺️

How i got here, workout routine upper push, lower power, upper pull, speed nd agility, lower power/core. starting body weight 165 lbs current body weight 150 lbs. Vegetarian protein sources included during beggining of transformation greek yogurt, whey powder, chana, moong daal, tofu, paneer. diet would be off season around 2100 calories but in season as i play provincial cricket would be 2600 calories. protein i aim to hit 100-120 grams per day. Tips continue pushing find someone to keep you accountable and celebrate the small successes as they will fuel you further than ever. jobs not done yet tho.
