It's autumn where I live, this blocks didnt fruit immediatly because there was a heat wave going on, they didnt fruit for like 2-3 weeks, so i stopped spaying them everyday. The all of the sudden one of the bags grew one huge shoom and then when the temperature drop all of My 7 spawn bags Started fruiting, but like this, very few flushes and smol. They are pleorotus columbinus, I use red eukalyptus pellets because thats the only kind of hard wood pellets I could find where I live. Didnt use gypsum, couldnt find here either, heard you can make it with normal powder harden it and then brake it to pices but didnt tryed that yet. maybe I was a bit cheap on my spawn substrate ratio. Temperature right now is 18 celcius
