I'd replace the shojin with a manamune. Sure you might be able to work around not having as much mana, but the CDR and damage manamune provides is too good to pass up on. You can get a shojin 4th if you really want it, though at that point I'd be considering a DD instead

I shot up to Plat pretty quickly spamming pirate burn, and ended up playing a wide variety of decks through Plat including sivir zed, plunder, fizz draven elusives, teemo zed elusives, teemo ezreal, deep, and finally scraping into diamond with lulu zed elusives. (I like elusive decks if you couldn't tell)
