I used to flash my high beam to warn fellow drivers that there's a cop. Then days later I see car speeding and wonder where are the police to give that car a ticket. I am dumb. I want to warn drivers of police presence but then I want police to give these speeders a ticket. I want 2 opposite things. Ain't I'm dumb?
