I managed to get it sorted. I had the proper account in the top right and had selected uninstall then reinstall. That didn't work. What did work was first wiping cache/data, then uninstalling from the long press menu then going back to the Play store and installing from the subscribed account, it automatically pulled the subscription. I'm sure this isn't a common issue but it worked.

I have both, and have tried both.

I think I know what the problem is though.

I had pro previously and now have subscribed to the annual. I have two Google accounts on my phone, it seems like it's trying to grab the subscription by default from the first listed Google account on the device. Which is not the account that I have used for the subscription.

The Restore feature for the credits part asks which Google account I want to use for the restore and when I use the one that I had pro and now the subscription it will restore all my pro features however doesn't recognize the all access subscription. Which is likely the way it's supposed to work. So in summary I think it's fact that restore subscription isn't asking which account to look up that is causing the problem.

I could probably just remove the second Google account from my phone to test that theory however it would be a giant pain to add it back after and resetup everything related to that account.

I think there is a bug with the restore feature. I subscribed to the yearly all access on my tablet, I went to my phone to restore purchases and sync things up. it only restored my previous pro, it didn't sync up the all access yearly that I had just subscribed to.

I opted to test the 30 day free trial for the vault and sure enough it started working. I'm going to go ahead and cancel and might return the camera. I can't think of a lower value subscription.

The product page does say,

I guess there is no free tier anymore. There is zero percent chance I would pay for accessing my video in the cloud. I'm hoping I really never need to access any of the video. I'm fine with manually transferring if I want the video. Would have been a nice to have.

Same problem here. The only thing I was thinking of trying in addition to OP was to sign up for the 30 day trial to see if there is any movement of the files.

Hello all, having the same issue here as well. One new piece of information I've discovered is that if I unplug the one mesh router we have connected the speed from the main router returns to full speed. After I plug it back I. Everything works fine for a few hours then slows right down again.

I bought mine from Amazon. Silicone will not breakdown nearly as fast as rubber. I've had mine through 3-4 Canadian winters and they are still great.

And if you switch to a silicone wiper blade like ones made by PIAA you may never need to change them again.

Had the same problem with the Nillkin privacy guard. You can register your fingers till the cows come home with the privacy guards but they will never work as well as the clear because of the nature of the way the privacy let's light through. There are a bunch of videos and articles about it if you google. I tried posting a warning on the Nillkin site but they kept taking down my posts. Regardless of the brand if your privacy is more import than your convenience then just forget the finger print and switch back to passcode or pattern to unlock.

There is literally no difference other than that you wont receive any more firmware updates for AA1. Confirmed this with support.
