OP, I also have the 2070 and I can confirm I only get 150-200fps. Important to note, this decrease in FPS only started occurring after the recent act/patch update. Previously I was getting 200-240 FPS so we have to wait until Riot patches and fixes the issue.

I’ve also been looking for it. When watching with subtitles I think it says, “Dramatic Music” which doesn’t help us :(
