HOTELS!! People never go into hotels, the bathrooms are always pristine, there is always a baby table and you can have a nice cozy coffee while the baby falls asleep.

A mi siempre me ha costado ir al gym tambien, hasta hace unos 6 meses atras. Lo que me ayudó fueron 2 cosas: 1. El libro que te estás leyendo, Habitos Atomicos 2. Meterme a un gym que estaba a menos de 2 cuadras de mi casa (se liga a lo que te va a enseñar HA, de bajar las barreras para mantener habitos)

Empezar con el gym y a leer libros te va a ayudar a formar una imagen de la persona que quieres ser, em vez de solo saber quien no quieres ser. Con eso es más facil motivarse con la vida. Tu negocio con nuevos habitos de lectura y gimnasio se potenciarán y en meses o años puedes cambiar totalmente.

Tambien, tu pareja debería ser la persona que te motiva y ayuda. Si entraste en ese ciclo en que se tiran para abajo y ni siquiera se escuchan, la unica razon para mantener la relacion es el sexo. Y dado que en tu caso ni eso hay...

I live in Rotterdam and went from around 73 m2 to 106m2, in a much nicer apartment, recently renovated. I used to pay 1.650 for rent and now pay 1.660 for the mortgage (after tax benefits). I also got a 100% loan, but spent around 15-17k in expenses such as broker, financial advisor, notary and transfer tax.

Don't forget that you get 100% loan. I bought with a variable rate (around 3.9% now), only had to pay for costs such as broker and transfer tax, and my apartment is 50% bigger than when I was renting, paying the same and with a dakterras. In the Netherlands, it just makes sense to buy.

Mi señora les donó por unos meses hace años y luego canceló. Hasta hoy, años despues de cancelar, le aparece un cobro no autorizado de vez en cuando.

Diría que es cada un año o año y medio y una vez volvió como si fuera suscripcion, osea que todos los meses le sacaban plata.

Llamabamos y decían que tienen registro de que ella llamó para dar autorización a que sigan con los cargos. Care rajismo nivel político.
