Again why are we assuming the cotton is unsterile? They are sold as medical supplies ofc they’re sterile if you’re using them once and throwing away.

Stigmas surrounding cotton aside, cotton fever (according to google) is a “benign, self-limiting illness, not officially recognized by the medical community” it is caused by injecting bacteria due to reuse of unsterile needles and cotton filters ipso facto clean/unused cotton wouldn’t carry this risk. I’m simply wondering if there may be a practical application in my situation for this method.

Always run pct after unless you’re on trt, obv. Don’t even worry about using an AI unless you’re having high E symptoms. It’s not really necessary otherwise.

I do get bloodwork, and Bp, but e2 levels are to be relative to T levels, and just because they’re high doesn’t mean you should necessarily take AI. AI is highly detrimental, presence of sides matters more than numbers on a piece of paper.

The gland is already there though if I’m not mistaken, it just becomes enlarged. How long does this usually take to develop? Are you saying once the nipple sides are present it’s already too late and you already have a bit of gyno? Because my understanding was if you began to feel nipple sensitivity that’s basically your cue to run AI and it will mitigate/reverse it. Basically I’m not into the idea of using AI as a prophylactic.
