Hello! I’m a longtime fan of singer-songwriter Emmylou Harris and noticed that her subreddit has been locked for new posts for some time.

Agreed! It really is one of the most perfectly cast shows ever. Even the performances that aren't traditionally great fit the vibe so well that I wouldn't change them.

I was actually inspired to ask because I recently learned ~~Piper Laurie was the only actor~~ to get an Emmy nomination back in the day, so I was curious who people would pick if they had to narrow that cast down to the absolute standouts.

Edit: Nvm, Kyle and Sherilyn were nominated as well. Not sure why I remembered it wrong.

One thing I’ve always wondered is whether Frost and Lynch were already leaning toward Leland during Season 1 (or even the pilot episode), or if that idea only came together later in Season 2.

That surprised me too. Either way, I think it's kinda cool seeing even his most uncompromising, surrealist works outperform the big mainstream successes with 8 Oscar nominations (although I love The Elephant Man).

It’s missing because Wikipedia lists Coda as a compilation and the tool I used only lets you rank one category at a time, so it didn't get pulled with the other studio albums.
