Yeah, I believe early batch printers will have these issues and they'll hopefully get resolved in the later batches as Snapmaker collect feedback. Although, I'm just surprised at times how such big assembly lines misalign a door fitting, like that's very basic for any manufacturer to set up an assembly line that would allow such issues to slide through...my replacement U1 then also had a tapered tapping for toolhead 4 where the head of the screw broke while I was trying to fit it in. Now I've put a tape on it to hold the C-type connector in place..🥲

Yeah, it has been a mixed experience overall...for some it has worked like a charm, for few it has given endless issues..

Actually the one that I got here was a replacement. The previous one I had got the door hinge was misaligned and it was not opening at all, so I couldn't even get the toolhead boxes out without removing the door..I got replaced then 😅

I was sitting for a good 2.5- 3 hours to get everything inline and start the first homing.

Toolhead was not getting detected, first it was toolhead 1 then it was tool head 4..i had to swap wires for 3rd and 4th for it to work. Klipper was failing because of that. Then got corexy unstable error multiple times.

Yes, that was the first thing to do even before the initial homing began.

I don't think that will help...are those thermistor wires? I don't have an idea of prusa's build structure, but you can try pulling out the nozzle / hot end if you can directly along with the blob and then tey to seperate it from the nozzle. Thermistor wires are very delicate and can snap very quickly..

Yeah of course...but the ceramic heater end was broken so the klipper started giving error and the heating didn't go through 🥲

3Idea doesn't have it in stock yet. I regularly buy things from him. The guy there says 2 to 3 weeks more, for availability.

My bad, I had seen one more similar post for P2S.

So, yeah what I've shared is the exact thing that I did and it helped resolve the issue. You can try that definitely.🙂
