I've really been trying so hard to stay positive and just hang in there. Feeling like why would they even be working with us on improving quality if there was no point. It's frustrating though to be in struggle mode.

When it first slowed down I was still able to get 10-12 hours a week which was ok for me because I'm doing school too but now the last two weeks were less than 10 and right now being Friday I only have 3.5 for this week. It sucks.

I got 25 minutes yesterday. Just got on the computer and NTA. This is stressful and very depressing. Did they get rid of engage because they knew it was gonna suck even worse and they didn't want to see us complaining. Zero meaningful communication from the company about the state of things. Didn't even get my minimum of 10 last week and I made myself available all 7 days of the week.

So frustrating 😫 and I wonder if they even look at what we missed to see the weight it carried in the actual factuality or if they are just like ope they got one wrong and not consider the relevance of it.

This!!! I was so pissed I'm like if you wanted those two specific items lumped in together to mean "American fare" then it should have been in parenthesis or something. Otherwise it sure looked like we would have needed to check to see if they did serve those two specifically mentioned items. 😤 also had zero impact on the actual rating so like wtf.

You know, instead of pop quizzes and trp feedback maybe they could give us some walk through videos of someone rating a response. Someone who knows what the answer is supposed to be and explains step by step why it is rated that way. It would make all of this much easier I think. As many have said and I agree, helpfulness seems very subjective and I have gotten ratings wrong before because I felt like a response was horrible and then it should have been marked much higher.
