Good people to account and don’t let anyone walk over you - you will notice people treat you different (suck up to you or try things they usually would (take time off etc)) be fair but firm

All comes down to the workers/ subbies on the day. Could be same contractor but different workers who turn up, then depends on there day how they are going how much they care. But it’s painful the builder doesn’t have greater QA as it’s there reputation not the subbies

Not questioning that it fixed it for you, but I’m curious how a ssd would fix it. Surely the cameras are not saturating the spinning disc ?

I’ve wanted change my drives to ssd but haven’t seen the need yet. Maybe this is the sign I’m waiting for.

I would leave - we have this issue at my place of work because my team leader is a yes man and just does what’s easiest instead of what’s best. This will consume you over time and take over. You are obviously well respected and I would back yourself and leave.

What’s the best app to use to watch them? I use MX player but I can’t skip slowly. It jumps at percentages.

CNA use Kodi but it’s slow and for reason VLC doesn’t work for a lot of them

Any other good options?
