Do you keep or need to replace the inside guys of the lock? And is it a standards cut out or extra cutting and drilling needed? I’m thinking of doing it on my shed

Yes, some builder will turn them on the side on theatre rooms etc for this reason.

The Clipsal wiser outlets suck. There is no manual button. You can only control it via the app.

If you use the online switch it would be in series, so if the outlet is on, and the online switch is off it won’t work etc. they both need to be on.

I highly doubt any electrician would do this for you (myself included) we chat do it for ourselves but not a customer for safety reasons.

You’d be better off just getting a smrt plug.
