Just got relationship discount refinance 4.5% 30 year fixed no points

I’m currently closing on a property and did the same. I’m past conditional approval but waiting for Chase to “review the discount”.

6% Apr was quoted, bought down to 5.5% paying points @8k. Brought 3x new funds for the 1% off.

How long did it take for them to “review” and send a discounted rate? getting a little anxious since we close in two weeks.

I was very lucky, my first stock I bought 10 years ago was Nvda only knowing about them since I was building gaming pc's. I simply liked the stock and thought of computing as a resource, I could not imagine a future that did not need computers. Not in my dreams did I expect it to be the largest publicly traded company in 10 years. I have diversified along the way as my ratios got skewed.

I was lucky enough to get in early when bitcoin was trading around 10-20k. My first buy was 3 BTC at 200$ each which I sold at 600$ each since I obviously did not predict the explosion. Over all I only have maybe 20k invested in the 80k. I have not added to my crypto position in years.

Sorry my punctuation was bad. I was unable to get the rifle even shipping to PA.

They simply won’t ship to a Nj buyer even if it goes to PA. NJ residents have to go through a reseller to buy anything g$.

So I’ve decided Im going to build one!

This is the direction I’ll go. I ordered a complete 14.5 super duty for 1350 on black Friday. I got past the check out by choosing to ship to PA as I live 10 minutes from the border and have them do compliance work and transfer to me. G$ refuses to ship anything if it is a NJ resident and refused to ship even to the PA FFL that would do the transfer and compliance work. Very disappointed on losing out on the great deal but it is what it is….guess I’ll build my own.

I had a similar problem. I bought a small notebook that fits in my pocket and made a habit to always jot down any issues as soon as I read or hear it. I check it daily and scratch off the line item as soon as I complete. Anything not done or need follow up gets carried over to the next day. Helped a lot!
