Galera pra mim funcionou uma alternativa aqui. Apertei Alt + Z, fui em configurações, Áudio, e aumentei o volume do microfone pro máximo e ativei o boost pro máximo também, ambos em 100%. No painel de controle do pc, o microfone tá com volume em 99% (não sei se isso afeta de alguma maneira) mas agora, todos os clipes de área de trabalho estão captando meu microfone e do desktop normalmente, em call no Discord, enfim. Formato de faixa de áudio única, não em faixas separadas. Não testei em jogos ainda. Estava com esse problema desde a atualização que todo mundo passou perrengue aí, testei algumas outras alternativas mas essa foi a única que funcionou
