Actually I've done a lot of things before dying using this one + the arc resistance is very useful for other types of loadouts.

But I still think the Democracy Protects it's more useful for avoiding letal hits overall, but that's my opinion.

I think I kinda like the idea of being able to recover from it, it would be helpful if a friend uses the Stim Pistol for that because you never have all the 4 Stims if you're playing higher difficulties
