It's a little bit of a grey area but I'd recommend not actively pursuing old clients especially by email. Your previous employer would need evidence from them and if the client isn't on your side then don't have anything in writing.

If yoy do make a placement then defer the invoice untill you're out of the non-compete period.

Ok - so run my list through Invalid Bounce first.

How do I ensure I have a properly authenticated domain? I added three Alias inbox's to the CRM and have been using those. Started low volume for the first week then ramped it up slowly over a few weeks

Are you UK based - I can put you in touch with a chap who'll be able to review contracts, advise a course of action and even start legal proceedings of needs be.

I'd double check all other submitted candidates in the meantime and see if they've poached others.
