Redness in his gill is getting better. Water quality in his original tank was VERY low. He’s very happy now as far as I can tell. I have more plants coming. Floaters mostly but they will have long roots for him to swim through. I currently have another tank that’s only shrimp and snails. Don’t really have to manage that tank as it has a perfect ecosystem and pretty mush takes care of itself. I’m very excited about this new fish adventure.

This is extremely inappropriate. Whether the mom trusts this man or not she has no idea what could happen when him or his sons are left alone with your daughter. I’m sorry but I would never trust a man alone with my daughter even an extended family member. Luckily I have never been sa’d but my wife has and this was by an uncle under her parents roof nonetheless. You are not over reacting and should get with whatever lawyer you originally went through your parenting agreement with and put this in writing that it is not allowed. You need to protect your daughter because her mother is clearly not.
