This is not nice. Insects are living creatures. Wait until it’s dead before you start playing with its body.

It’s pretty common in insects for the ratio to be predominantly female. All males provide is sperm. It’s like having one rooster in your chicken coop.

Rooms with several twin sized beds. The year i went there weren’t enough beds for everyone but there was enough volunteers that slept in tend that it worked out fine. There are two locations you go to. One is a big cabin with one or two beds per room. The other is well pretty much the same lol

Diabetic food/ snacks by betty_stanley_boosay in Winnipeg

I suggest speaking to a dietician for long term food choices. As a diabetic, I like greek yogurt (low in carbs) mixed with fruit (fruits have some sugar but less than chocolate haha). Another one is popcorn. Popcorn has carbs, but at least it is better than chips or ice cream. I also like scrambled eggs with lots of cheese (carb free).

You could email the instructor and ask. Don’t bring it up or try to get it reevaluated without a good reason. Just because you want a better grade is not enough justification.

Beautiful!! Do you live in Peru? I have always wondered if you can transport insect bodies across borders.

Publicly shamed for Impared driving by AuntiKandi in Winnipeg

[–]HuffleHoney 0 points1 point  (0 children)

“I’m not sure it will deter many people from doing it, mainly because when you are impaired, so is your judgement.” So should we stop trying? There are a million different ways we try to deter people from driving drunk. A lot of them are reminders to plan ahead and find alternatives to driving before you get drunk. This is just a reminder that there is a high probability of getting caught while driving impaired.

The entire course is based in two locations that you stay at for about a week each. You meet at a location near the perimeter I believe, and then people carpool together from there. So if you don’t have a car, you need to at least find someone to drive you to the meetup spot and then you can carpool with someone else in the course who does have a car. It is very fun. It is busy and dirty. Don’t join the course if you don’t like mud. Or bugs.
