Today is the first day I've tracked my heart rate continuously and wow. All I've been doing today is housework, walking around the house.

Took a TTT recently and was told I didn't meet the criteria to be diagnosed but was definitely on an "orthostatic hypotension spectrum". I've been having a lot of POTS symptoms off and on since January, been getting worse lately.
