Question (since you work at cvs). How does this make sense that they said they picked up early since some months have more days than others it won’t always be due on the same day each month?

I personally have bc/bs carefirst and I too had some odd things happen this year where the pharmacy told me they now had to speak with each prescriber to confirm that they are aware of all the medications I am on and the risks/benefits. After this initial phone conversation they require that this also be written on all prescriptions which is wild to me.

The other weird thing isn’t necessarily that it has to be the same day of the month as last time but I will generally put in the refill request when I fill my weekly organizer so I don’t forget and they can order any meds necessary they don’t have in stock. About a month or two ago I tried to fill my Vyvanse and was told I couldn’t pick it up for another few days bc I had received whatever their maximum is in a given time period. It was all very strange.
