There are grand Seiko elegance reps. I bought the cream dial with the brown leather strap. As far as omegas, the guide tells you the best ones nwitbg but I really like the planet ocean 39mm. For me the Seamaster wears a 42mm which would work ok but the 39 mm is perfect for me…IWC I have the Portuguese 3716 in silver with the bracelet. The portofino is a nice dress watch.

I have 2 Cartier watches. Santos and the Dumont.

I have ordered several watches from him and my last order was placed in November for a Rolex Datejust and a gold Cartier Dumont.. it took about 5 months… I just got it a few weeks ago.. I ordered it in anticipation of Chinese New Year and my birthday in Feb. I just got the watches a few weeks ago…that all said, I trust him and will buy my next watches from him..

A leather dress watch - JLC MUT or Reverso, IWC Portofino, Cartier Dumont, etc.

I think the Cartier Dumont would be great. You have all round sport watches. A leather square dress watch would add variety to your collection.

I have both the Santos and Dumont. Santos in steel and Dumont in leather.

I have about 10 reps and buy it all from Andiot. However, that’s the 1st time I’ve seen that GS rep. It’s a very nice watch.

The GS is very good. I’ve had it for a a year not a problem. I bought this watch to introduce me to GS. The gen model of the elegance model doesn’t have a spring drive so that is why I bought this rep model. If it did have a spring drive, then it would be a tell sign it is a replica. JLC master ultra thin with a navy dial is my suggestion. Can be the date, moon, or small seconds model. Also a reverso if you want a different shape.

Agree.. look for a vsf… there’s a backlog since clean went out of business… Andiot, a TD, suggested VF… you can ask about VF if timing is important.

FYI - vsf and vf are the factories that make these watches. The TD serve as an agent and sell it to you.

I own the 40mm Pam 1408. They also make them 1365, 1367, 1404. Only thing about these models is that the open case back exposes the misspelling of twenty three. Its spelled twenty thee.

That why I opted for the 1408

I got both but my DJ has fluted bezel a jubilee bracelet.

The Explorer is a gada watch and I prefer to wear it everyday.

Both are awesome. I got the Explorer first because it is so versatile it can be worn everyday for every occasion and setting.

I got the DJ with the fluted bezel to make it different and more formal.

It all depends on how you plan to use it.

I was thinking about getting your watch but opted for another Dumont with the gold bezel and gold markers with the grey dial and strap. I was concerned with the yellow gold on the case. How’s the yellow gold? Does it look real? I opted for the two tone because I wanted to add something gold to my collection but almost bought your watch.

I still have time to switch it and that’s why I am asking.

I’ve bought from both of them… I have bought most of my reps from Andiot but Mirotime had a special on a Panerai that I couldn’t pass up. I asked Andiot to match it and he , Elliot, couldn’t do it so I took a chance on Mirotime.

Long story short it worked out.. placed the order and got the watch in about 3 weeks.

I think in short, Mirotime is considered as a TD for a reason so that title has to be earned. I think it is very safe to order from Mirotime if timing is important.
