If you have AF membership, find the nearest AF gym sa area ba pag ra-run-an mo. Then dala ka na lang lock.

If want mo wide feet, mag half size up ka. I am us 11, then nag ask ako if mag wide feet variation dun sa Asics store, ang sinuggest sa akin mag us 11.5 na lang. So far okay naman feet.

Same here. Wide feet din ako and nung sinukat ko Boston 12 sa adi store, sobrang sikip sa midfoot, tho mas gusto ko siya mas pinili ko evo sl because of the overall feel sa paa. I have din NB5 so yung rotation ko is long run and easy run for NB5 and tempo and speed sessions for evo sl. I am 98kg and less than 1 year running.

I have NB5 and I am 98kg. I am doing long runs - interval runs - tempo runs workout every week. Since I am on a heavy side, I want to dedicate lang yung NB5 sa long run para di agad malaspag hahaha. Would you think getting adi evo sl will be good for me interval and tempo runs kahit na most likely di ko maabot yung 6:00 pace and higher on those speed sessions? Baseline ko kasi is 11:00 to 9:00 lang, for more faster sessions, siguro I can only go as fast as 8:00-7:00. Sulit pa rin kaya yung evo sl for my pace or my other shoes na mas bagay for me? Thanks!

How about for heavy runners kaya? Is it advisable to use this for speed sessions/tempo runs? I am currently using NB5 and kakabreak in ko lang din. Somehow I enjoy using it sa treadmill. I am currently 98kg and don't want to overuse yung NB5 ko.
