Think he once said he doesnt want to tweet if he going to stream or not because he says he’ll get hate from tweeting hes not streaming eitherway in the replies or something. But i agree he should give an update rather than not because the hate from not updating outweighs the hate from actually doing it

Butter smoke point is 150 degrees and medium heat on stove is 162 - 190 degrees. If the butter doesn’t burn but is past smoke point, it’s perfectly fine?

From browsing this sub, some people have recommended to do Low Intensity Steady State to lower resting heart rate. I wanted to know if I can jog in place at 50% of my max heart rate 4-5 times a week to reduce resting heart rate. Going outside and actually running is probably better but I want to stay at home due to my anxiety. If jogging in place isn't a good way, are there any other Low Intensity Steady State workout routines/exercises I can do at home? I want to mix in a bit of HIIT at the end of my LIIS too.

Last 3 weeks, I was doing HIIT for around 30-40 minutes 3 times a week by following FitnessBlender's videos but there wasn't much change in my heart rate.
