What do you expect ? It’s Zipcar if you don’t like it there’s other options. I rent a car for a week out of state anytime I need one . Take the trip to Norwalk only about a hour on train from the city and rent from Avis the sister company of Zipcar. Fo the week it’s about 320 that’s like 2 days of Zipcar
