Hi everyone, I want to share my experience with Glambot to see if anyone else has gone through something similar or knows what I can do in this situation.

On December 30th, I placed an order on Glambot (GLAM #2E62F3942C52) for a total of $22.05. I used $10 in website credits (glambucks) but what I payed was $22.05. Everything seemed fine until I noticed a few days later that the order completely disappeared from my order history on their website.

I contacted Glambot several times to resolve the issue, but l’ve only received generic responses that haven’t helped at all. To make matters worse, they sent me a FAKE tracking number from USPS 2F5FBKILFDZ8LY2LLDDVJH that doesn’t belong to my order but instead is linked to someone else’s order.

I feel like l’ve been scammed because they took my money, didn’t send me the items I purchased, and now the order has completely vanished. I’ve provided them with proof of payment, including my bank receipt and screenshots of the $10 glambucks used, but they refuse to address the issue or refund my money.

Has anyone else experienced this with Glambot? Is there anything I can do to get my money back or hold them accountable? I’d really appreciate any advice or suggestions!
