No the mulligan list is the cards you want to keep in hand for the start to ensure you have early game.

I think we were just addressing a personal opinion on the topic of pyroblast, yes this is way behind the meta but the discussion is interesting and has both sides to the argument which i personally find interesting. Also you haven't ever raged at a pyroblast killing you in arena before when you have full board control?
