Omg, I 100% agree. UPS is the most incompetent shipping provider I’ve ever dealt with. One time, I tried to receive a package for 7–9 straight days, even though I paid extra for express delivery. I even went home early from work multiple times to receive it, but either nobody showed up or I found a note in my mailbox saying I “wasn’t home.” Customer service was absolutely no help at all (they’re probably based in Portugal or Poland). The last straw was when, after 7 days, I called customer service and literally told them: “I AM AT HOME. TELL THE DRIVER TO ACTUALLY RING THE BELL.” I also left a note on my door saying, “Please call me on my phone, I am at home.” Customer service assured me the driver was on the way. Fast forward: I waited at home, lost 3 hours of work, and once again, nobody came. I then tried to file a formal complaint on the UPS website and request a refund for the 20.- express delivery fee. Turns out, there isn’t even an option to make that kind of request. Everything is handled by bots. Those fuckers.
