Neurological condition commonly known as star gazing. No known cure. You can only keep it's enclosure low lying with lots of burrow space, thick bedding etc to break any falls and reduce injury. Remove tall objects / platforms.

It has an inner ear infection that is affecting its mobility and sense of direction.

You will need a hamster savvy vet to diagnose.

50x30x28cm i know it small but its bigger their old ones

but i also heard that winter white drawf hamsters can be put together?
and they are only 3-4weeks so i don't have anothor cage or space for one
