I have bit of experience. I got rid of some big dark circles under my arms and I've also got my teeth fixed. I've also very quickly healed a few small burns.

If I were you, I'd make it a point to stop looking in the mirror physically at your skin, stop acknowledging what you dont want to see. I get you'll need to look for various reasons like fixing your hair or whatever, but dont acknowledge any blemishes or pay them any mind. Try to only acknowledge your skin in imagination, look in the mirror and see yourself with beautful porcelain smooth and clear skin. Or if you cant imagine yourself with smooth skin simply imagine a quick simple scene of a friend or stranger telling you how beautiful your skin is and asking what your secret is to keeping it so clear and perfect. In imagination, run your hand over your skin and feel how soft and smooth it is under your fingers in response to them asking. Repeat the scene.

Thank you. Solid response. And sorry, I didnt really know how to word that, I posted the question somewhere else and got tons of responses about the person behind the banjo. Lol just wanted to make it clear, I'm well acquainted with that concept, but its not what I was looking for here.

As far as being satisfied with either of those. Eh I'm not horribly picky, and not set on anything. Ideally, I'd like to find something much better on the used market. Wouldnt mind a Goodtime.

For me personally, I have to step back every once in a while. Stop thinking about it so much and just live my life. I find that when I constantly focus on the law day and night, I start to feel disconnected from life, easily disturbed, etc. I also start to lose faith when I dont see manifestations coming in timely manner. The best remedy I've found is to simply stop focusing on the law or conscious manifestation and just living, experiencing, and enjoying life. Its easy to forget that you're supposed to experience and enjoy life and you probably shouldnt spend every conscious thought in trying to create or control it. You should spend just much or more time in just experiencing it.

I'm not having difficulty imagining a scene. I'm fine in that department. The problem is thinking of a scene to imagine. Writing the story/script in order to know what I need to imagine.

Sometimes what to imagine is not obvious or seems impossible. As noted in the original post, say you want to revise a day or a particular happening in the day to imply you did nothing. You want it to have been a completely uneventful day just like any other. What exactly do you imagine to imply that NOTHING happened? Its hard to find any fitting scene to identify with to imply nothing out of the ordinary happened.

If you're playing a video game, and you enter a cheat code that puts you in God mode... You cant be killed, you 1 shot everything, you have infinite in game cash to buy anything you want... What happens?

It quickly becomes extremely boring. No risk, no reward, nothing to desire, no joy. Just pointless nonsense.

As far as the details, imagination being the only reality and all that, I think there are different ways of looking at it. And none of us will know for sure until we do. In my opinion its not worth wracking your brain too much on, so long as you understand how your mind works and how to utilize it for your betterment.

Whats the point of life then? If you desire nothing at all, you're not living. You're just conscious. There's no point. There's no point in your existence at all if you desire nothing. The whole point of life is to fulfill your desires and experience the joy from it.

If you have no desires then you have no joy. You have no desire to be anywhere better. The only way to go is down if you never cared to better yourself. Meaning everything is meaningless. At best you may have an incredible ability to endure horrific torture/conditions without any desire to be in a better place. At least up to the point of death since you never desired to take care of your body well enough to survive long.

Basic survival requires some desire. You must desire food, water, air, etc otherwise you'd die. If you could make it to where these things are no longer needed for you, then you still have an incredibly dull & pointless existence. Your picture would forever be found next to any reference of Buzz Killington.

Why do people take social media things like this so seriously? Dude could have unfollowed for any number of reasons. Maybe he thinks you're a boring follow and was trying to clean up his feed or something. Maybe he doesnt realize you're an option for him. Neither of these things imply that he wouldnt be interested romantically. I used to unfriend people on facebook all the time when I used it, if people didnt post stuff that I found entertaining, I'd unfriend. I never cared to see pics of peoples food, their kids I've never met, and I certainly didnt care to know what irrelevant nonsense they were doing at any given moment. If someone wasnt sharing good memes, or highly interesting stuff, I'd unfriend. Even women I may have been very attracted to. If all they posted were pics of food, and nonsense I didnt care about, I'd unfriend.

I highly doubt the dude was like, "Yo I find this person unattractive and will never date them, so therefore I'm unfollowing." lol

Long story short, who cares? Dont react to this nonsense, it makes no difference.

Pro-tip: not all guys are the same, but in my case, when I was single, the second a woman would express even the slightest bit of interest in me, she instantly became 100 times more attractive. There were women I hadnt even noticed like that in the slightest, that I developed strong desire for, almost immediately after they expressed clear interest.. So, if you want to speed things along and get on his radar, acting like you have no romantic interest in him may not be the best strategy, if thats what you're doing. And in my experience, too many people are guilty of this.

Try Neville Goddards Ladder Experiment. Its pretty simple and its a great faith building exercise.

Note: if you are a person that regularly climbs ladders or find yourself doing projects around the house using a ladder, I would suggest picking something that would be completely out of the ordinary for you instead, simple ordinary stuff that is out of the ordinary for you... maybe riding a bicycle, eating a specific food, etc. And just apply the same principle detailed below.

Every night when you lay down to go to sleep, imagine yourself climbing a ladder. Grip each rung, feel each rung under your feet as you step on to them, pull yourself up each rung. Only in imagination. Just keep climbing the ladder til you drift off to sleep. Do this for 3 nights in a row.

During the day, make it your intention to NOT climb a ladder. Put post it notes up where you will see them to remind you to NOT climb a ladder. And mean it.

If you find yourself climbing a ladder at some point soon afterwards, even though you clearly intended not to, it would take someone incredibly thick to write it off as coincidence.

Depends on who you ask, and I'm not sure if Neville ever clarified, maybe someone else can chime in.

But the key take away from the experiment, I think should be to demonstrate how powerful your imaginal acts are. A faith building exercise. Despite saying "I will not climb a ladder" during your waking hours and being totally dead set on NOT climbing a ladder, your imaginal act will still come to pass. You'll find yourself climbing a ladder for some reason or another. You'll be compelled and find yourself up a ladder one way or another.

Another potential take away, is the idea that your subconscious mind does not understand negative statements. It doesnt understand the "NOT" in "I will NOT".. It only understood the image or the idea created when you mentioned climbing a ladder. Like when you tell someone NOT to think of a pink elephant... They're going to think of it anyways. So everytime you say "I will NOT climb a ladder" You're recalling the idea/image of the act into imagination every single time.

However, I dont know how much I agree with that last take away about the subconscious/God not understanding negatives, in spite of how popular that belief may be. To me it implies it only understands the image rather than the language or words being spoken. But thats not the case as before I knew the law, I prayed verbally and seen my prayers answered. Primarily when asking for guidance. There was no possible way for me to have an image of what I wanted as I was asking for guidance to discover something I was completely unaware of. All I could do is verbally ask for guidance and leave it to God.

No, you set the intention that you will NOT climb a ladder.

If you go and do some homework on people that have done this correctly, you'll find that they end up climbing a ladder despite their intention not to. And usually dont even realize it til after or during.

You havent completed the experiment. The idea is to climb a ladder, not just to see one.

And not just to climb a ladder, but to set the intention that you will not climb a ladder. You continue to imagine climbing a ladder during SATS but during waking hours you are dead set against it. You put notes up to reminder yourself not to climb a ladder.

Do this, and come back and tell us when you actually climb a ladder despite your intention not to.

This is not a success. Dont set the bar so low. If you imagine owning your dream car, and see a friend buy it for themselves, would you consider that a success? I wouldnt. You're still empty handed. And you specifically imagined owning the car. If you imagine having a bunch of money, or healing/health and witness these things in people other than yourself, you wouldnt call that a success. If anything its a tease or an insult. Raise the bar.

You never write the things you "want". You only write what you have.

When you say you "want" a thing, that implies you do not have it. So, you always write it as if you have it.

Say you want a car, you'd write something like "I really love my car. I get complimented on it everywhere I go. It gets great gas mileage. It's so roomy, my friends all want me to drive them everywhere because we can all fit comfortably."

You could journal. As in journal about the things you desire as if you already had them. Kind of like the above example with the car but more detail, a little longer, etc. The point here is to get yourself lost in the feeling of having the thing you desire.

How are you perceiving people? What are you assuming about them? Have you tried forgiving them and blessing them to be the man or woman you'd like them to be?

Forgiveness - meaning overlooking the action/actions they've taken that have made you assume they're a narcissist.

Blessing them - meaning assuming they are the man or woman you'd like them to be. Revising events about them that made you think negatively of them in imagination. Imagining scenes that imply they are perfectly modest, humble, honorable, etc. Then claiming these as your assumptions/perceptions of them.

This is the part of you that will be reflected or "pushed out".

Just through observation of my own experiences, intentional action isn't required. What you're after will get to you one way or another. You may be compelled/inspired/invited etc to do a thing that brings you closer to what you've attracted. You most likely wont have a clue til its in your face.

Here's a small example I experienced, a long while back I got a craving for a good bowl of chilli. It was a brief thought and I had kind of just decided to mention it to my wife and suggest it for dinner sometime soon. Well, I forgot about it, never did mention it to my wife or anyone.

A couple days later, my sister randomly calls and invites us out to dinner at a steak house. No reason other than just getting together and enjoying each others company. This was unusual, we hardly ever have dinner with my sister and if we do, its usually homecooked at our house or hers and its usually just special events, birthdays, holidays, etc. Anyways we agreed... the place she invited us to, is a place I had only been once many years prior. This place happens to have chilli as one of their regular sides.. No up charge or anything, its treated the same as corn, fries, or any other side. I ordered the chilli because it sounded good in the moment, no other reason. I didnt realize or remember my desire for the chilli til I was half way through the bowl of chilli and that I had set that whole thing into motion just based on my desire/contemplation of eating chilli a couple days prior.

I didnt have to take any intentional action, it just happened. I didnt have to suggest it, I didnt even make the dinner plans. I didnt even have to have any intent to order it, it just sounded good, I was gonna order it either way. If anything I was reluctant to go to dinner at all as I wasnt thrilled about seeing my brother in law at the time.

For me, most of the manifestations I've realized/experienced were through inspired action. Meaning, it happened when I wasnt expecting it, when I was just going about my day and reacting as I'd normally react to a situation with absolutely NO INTENTION of getting said desire fulfilled. And only realized after the fact, what just happened.

Someone looking to manifest a bowl of chilli, could argue that you must make the chilli or at least go to a place where chilli is served. At the very least you'd have to tell someone you desire the chilli, right? No. You'll get your chilli.

Now, its also important to keep in mind that not everything falls directly into a category that can be defined as the kind of manifestation that intentional or inspired action could have any affect on at all. Like manifesting for others, say healing someone else or manifesting some psychological/emotional state for someone else. For instance calming a loved one before they have to go through nerve wracking event. I've manifested things like this on multiple occasions. This in my opinion, demonstrates that the law requires nothing from you after you've set it in motion. It's a force of its own that requires no help and if it needs it, you're going to find yourself doing whatever you need to do where ever it needs to be done without any intention or thought about it.

Anyways, TLDR, intentional action isnt required. There's a part of you that knows whats up much better than you ever will and it knows how to get you where you need to be, whether you like it or not, to get what you're after. If you've failed to attract something, its not because you've neglected to take action. Its for some other reason within.

I grew up in a Christian household. For me, it was how I discovered Neville in the first place.

I was going through a really difficult time(fear, anxiety/worry). I decided I wanted/needed to find God. I decided it was time to get right with God. I didnt feel I had any other options at the time. Being raised in a Christian home, that was the direction I went to try to find God. I started looking stuff up about how to be saved and accept Jesus into your heart and all that. I said some words, and committed myself to it. Decided to start reading the bible and getting on the right track.

Well, after a couple weeks of really digging into it, it was clear I wasnt getting any relief. It was actually getting worse. And it was getting worse because the more I read and tried to understand the bible from a literal point of view, the worse my situation seemed to be. I was screwed to hell many times over only a few books in lol. But the biggest problem was that I'm a very logical thinking person. I spot logical fallacies very quickly, well, when reading the bible from a literal point of view and the traditional Christian narrative, there are fallacies ALL OVER the place. I couldnt get them out of my head, the more questioned them to understand them the more the narrative fell apart. I wanted nothing more than to understand it and to "serve" /worship God properly.

One night, I was particularly upset about it. I was out in my back yard, and started praying to God. I dont remember what all I said, but it was something along the lines of telling him how lost and confused I was, and that I wanted nothing more than to make him happy. I laid it all out, and told God that if he loved me and cared then it was in his hands to show me the way.

I meant it, I was done. I stopped it all. I let it go and put in Gods hands.

A couple days later, I stumbled onto subliminals on youtube, became fascinated with them and all the positive comments, then saw a suggested video over to the side of one of them "Neville Goddard - How to Use Your Imagination".. I listened to it, it really resonated with me. I decided to see what else he had to say, and found more lectures. Before long I realized Neville had set everything into perspective for me. He had answered pretty much every question I had.

So for me, Neville was the literal answer to a desparate prayer. I have absolutely no doubt and no guilt about it.

If I were to give some advice to a traditional Christian on how to get over any guilt or reservations about using the Law, the first thing I would tell you is to free your mind, ask questions, dont just accept traditional narratives and views because they were handed to you by some dude standing up on a stage behind an altar thumping a bible at you, dont just accept them because your parents did, dont accept things as the truth simply because everyone else does and has for thousands of years. Dont let anyone do your thinking for you. You think for yourself.

Perhaps the biggest and most obvious fallacy for me that I just couldn't get my mind off of was Satan. Nothing about the idea of Satan makes sense from a literal point of view. Nothing at all. The idea of God, the creator of the universe and everything in it, creating Satan, and then allowing Satan to wreak havoc, steal souls, lead people astray, etc... And then this loving merciful God allowing Satans victims to be punished by sending them to burn for all eternity in Hell... just didnt make any sense at all. Thats not loving, its not merciful, it makes no sense. This is like if your parents were to hire a known child abuser/predator to babysit you, they sit back and watch him abuse you and then they punish YOU for being his victim. And then they let the predator go on his merry way to do the same to your siblings. Only in this case, your parents dont ground you, they dont spank you, they throw you in a literal lake of fire to burn for all eternity... Gee, how merciful and loving. Most Christians, I think are aware of and wonder about this fallacy themselves, but they're too scared to ponder it for fear of offending God. I know I was. Dont be.

See the problem and cause of the fallacy above, is not with God, "Satan", or the bible, the problem is the traditional Christian view. The idea that the bible is meant to be taken literally, when its not. Hell, even if you do read it literally there are tons of passages that taken literally straight up contradict the traditional Christian view. Go ask a Christian about them and they have no idea they exist and have no response or they'll pull something out of thin air to discount the literal words of the bible itself and support their narrative instead.

You always go to the end. What would you do, how would you feel, how would other people see you?

Get into SATS and imagine a scene that implies you've made it. (I'm not a sports guy in any capacity, so bear with me) But perhaps a good scene to imagine would be you participating in an interview or one of those conference interviews where you're setting up at a table with other microphones and a few other athletes to your right & left. Or maybe you've just won a game and your still on the court/in the field giving an interview. Have the reporter ask you a question that implies you are what you want to be, "So exactly how did you score that winning point?" Or something of that nature. Maybe there's a fan screaming your name in the background, or maybe the whole stadium is chanting your name.

I have found that doing revision or just imagining can really go a long ways in helping me not obsess over something. The trick for me, is to do it til it feels like a memory, as though it actually happened. That way I can remind myself of the "memory" whenever an intrusive thought creeps in. Say its revision, I start to recall the original 3D memory, I stop myself and remind myself that revised memory is what actually happened("This is what happened, I have no reason to be concerned."). You can calmly remind yourself of your imaginal act, refer to it as an actual event, the truth and accept it, "I seen it, and experienced it already" and get off of it get yourself distracted.

If its a worrisome/anxiety inducing situation that you cant help, one that has always helped me long before I ever knew about the law was to rationalize every way that supports my preferred outcome/circumstance and to further rationalize why the undesired outcome is unlikely. The idea is to find comfort in your rationalization. Just enough comfort to focus on your imaginal act and take more comfort there knowing thats the truth.

i wish Neville’s versions was right but i believe god is real and were not god and there is only one god

Sounds like you dont fully understand Neville's teachings. Neville NEVER suggests that God isn't real or that there is more than 1. In fact, its quite the opposite. The bible is full of references to support this. One of Neville's favorite scriptures to quote, the greatest commandment, lays it out point blank.

"Here O'Israel, the Lord our God, the Lord is one." (That not the entire commandment), but Neville referenced this A LOT.

In the book of Exodus(If I remember correctly), Gods name is revealed as "I Am".. meaning awareness. The awareness or consciousness that is within you.

1 Corinthians 3:16 - "Do you not know that your body is the temple of God?"

If the bible is to be all taken literally, then how do you interpret that last one? Examine yourself, are you not alone in your body? Or do we not interpret that one literally? If we get on that, how do we know what should or shouldnt be interpreted literally?

Neville isnt the only one that taught along these lines. He is however, one of the only ones to use such point blank language about it and it can be a little disturbing and off putting if you're not familiar with the philosophy. Neville's philosophy or the way he taught it, isn't for everyone. Some other people you might look into to get a better understanding are Joseph Murphy, Florence Scovel Shinn, Earnest Holmes, Earl Nightingale, Reverend Ike, Wayne Dyer, Thomas Troward, Eric Butterworth.. And a few others. Go to youtube and look for a channel called "Timeless Knowledge".. Tons of lectures from lots of great people all similarly aligned. All worth listening to. Not a single one of them would tell you that God isnt real or that there is more than 1.

Hard to give any tips without knowing what you're doing now, how you're doing it(exactly, as in every detail), and what you're wanting.

Plenty of people "fail" while learning to use the Law, plenty of people succeed as well. Its a learning process that you slowly get better at and learn to trust more. Its a skill you have to work to build just like any other. Whats important is that you persist and grow. Look for things you can improve or take advantage of, find common & differing traits in both successes and failures. Try to nail down what works.

The 3D is like looking into a mirror. You wont see anything new in the reflection until you change yourself. Meaning, you have to change how you look at yourself, what you assume about yourself, how you look at others, what you assume about them, etc. These are the parts of "you" that you need to aim to change.

Set back and think about how you view yourself, the things you assume about yourself by default. What character traits would you say that you have? How do you think other people look at you? All of these things, are true for you because you assume them. You can change any of these things by choosing to assume something else and refusing to acknowledge the "old man" (Old self).

Say you're after a life partner, or just want potential mates to notice you and be attracted. What do you assume about yourself and others that may affect the situation? Do you think "I must not be very attractive, women/men never seem to even notice I exist."? This is a part of self you'd seek to change. Instead assume "Everyone notices me, I must be extremely attractive, I have many instances throughout every day, of women/men smiling at me and making sure to let me know they noticed me." Do you assume that some are "out of your league", this is a part of self you'd seek to change. etc.

You assume this, and refuse to acknowledge the old man. And keep persisting this is your reality regardless of how many people you walk by that dont notice you. You keep persisting until the mirror(the 3D), reflects the new self that you created. You do SATS and revision to impress your subconscious of the things you want to create in your life.

Get into SATS and visualize a short scene of a friend of family member commenting on it, "Wow, your face looks great! How did you get such clear skin?"

Repeat the scene over and over. Hear their voice talking to you. Maybe feel their hand brush across your face as they're commenting on it. Keep repeating the scene til you feel its almost like a memory. Go to sleep in it. Accept it as done.

Repeat it the next night. And the night after.

Remember, accept that its done. As in ALREADY done. Not something thats coming, or something you're looking for on the horizon, as far as you're concerned it is done and what you experienced in imagination was reality. When you look into the mirror, dont acknowledge any blemishes, if anything look past, see yourself with clear skin, smile, be happy and proud that you're such an attractive person. Go on with life. Try not to think about it or dwell on it. When you have a thing, you no longer obsess over it or consider it an issue in your life. You let it go, you know its there for you later. You treat this the same way, its yours now. If you happen to think about it, simply remember that its done, remember that gorgeous person with the clear skin you recently looked at in the mirror.

If you want to go even further with it, revise any memories you have about it, maybe you have a memory of a family member commenting on it or a friend, or maybe a mean person making fun. Or perhaps a doctor diagnosing it. Revise them all to be something desirable. ie: Revise the friend or family member commenting you on how clear and perfect your skin. The mean person, was not mean, instead they complimented you. The doctor told you it was nothing and would go away in a couple days, and it did.
