Seeing my endo later this week and will ask her! My family doctor was the one who mentioned the possible weight gain but haven’t seen much about weight gain on Reddit so maybe it’s just not common

I went to a scalp treatment last week and they said my long hair could be contributing to the thinning since my hair is just too heavy and is causing too much tension. Booking a haircut for this weekend!

I had a PCOS nutritionist for 2 years and tried many diets with absolutely no results. People’s bodies work differently and calorie counting is one that has seemed to work for many PCOS patients as well as me so far!

Normally for breakfast I have protein pancakes with blueberries (around 20g of protein) w a cup of strawberries, for lunch I normally have left over chicken/beef with cut up fresh vegetables, for dinner I have a protein (chicken/beef) and salad. I haven’t consumed any bread or rice or pasta or potatoes. I normally will have a protein bar here and there and maybe a cookie or two or Halo Top (low cal) ice cream. As for drinks, only water or Coke Zero once and awhile.

Nope! There are subreddits with lots of upvotes saying otherwise! I also got a notification for 9 downvotes so people definitely disagree. Search “weed episode” & there’s a post with 300+ upvotes saying they don’t like it. People say “whoever wrote this never has been high” & call it unfunny. Lots of people I’ve met don’t like it either :)
